Background / Introduction:
Deep infection after total knee replacement arthroplasty is obviously a devastating and costly complication. Regional antibiotics via intra-osseous delivery as routine prophylaxis for TKR has shown a significant reduction in early PJI. Technique and published literature will be presented as well as the presenters personal results.
